Tilapia Parmesan
This one is my son’s favorite fish. Quick and easy to make.
Ingredient:
* 8 Tilapia fillets
* Grated Kraft Parmesan cheese
* Progresso Bread Crumbs Italian style
* Olive oil, salt and ground pepper
* Parsley or Basil Flakes
* Optional, a seafood seasoning you like
Cooking:
* Mix in a bowl the following: 1 cup cheese, 1 cup Bread Crumbs, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, ½ teaspoon parsley or basil, and if desired, ¼ teaspoon seafood seasoning you like.
* Pour olive oil into a plate. One at a time, dip both sides of Tilapia fillet into the oil, then coat both sides of the fillet in the mixing bowl, make sure fillets are covered enough.
* Arrange fillets on a non sticking baking pan or baking pan covered with aluminum foil, sprinkle some olive oil on top of the fillets.
* Bake at 375º for 15-18 minutes.
Yum! I’m going to try this… Nice and easy for a busy week night. Might even get Nate to eat it!
I made some last night with leftover mixing from a while back, they last long :), it was great with Caesar salad and French bread, the boys loved them. Hope you get to try it and let me know how it turns out.
